Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
No, House Of Raw Hair does not offer exchanges or refunds due to the nature of the product.
If you recieved the wrong item contact customer service within 48 hours. Rest assure we double check each order before shipping to ensure quality. When placing an order make sure you double check your order.
How long does order processing take?

can i make changes to an order?
After order is placed we can not make changes. If you notice an error made with your address contact us Immediately!
If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it.

Are your extensions 100% human hair?
Yes, we offer 100% Human Hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and ethically and responsibly sourced.
HOW MANY BUNDLES are recommended for styling?
The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you're trying to achieve.
For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18" inches. Lengths over 20" inches we recommend at least 3-4 bundles.
26 and up require 4-6 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.
Over 30" we recommend 6 or more bundles.The longer the hair. The thinner the bundles.

How do i take care of my hair?
Treat your hair bundles as would with your own natural hair. Wash weekly, deep condition, and add hair serum regularly and use heat protectant when you use hot tools.
Why does my bundles look different from each other?
Our bundles are 100% raw and unprocessed from various donors. therefore, no two bundles are the same.
Since the hair is raw each bundle will slightly vary in texture, pattern and color. We make every effort to send you bundles that matches as closely as possible.
